Martha Constanza Coronado Fajardo

Civil Engineer, specialist in transportation and Master in Engineering - Transportation, Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
More than 24 years of professional experience in issues related to mobility and transportation, which 15 years have been in the public sector, in entities such as the District Secretary of Mobility of Bogota, in which she stood out as Director of Sectorial Studies and Services, Director of Transportation and Infrastructure and Undersecretary of Sectorial Policy; and in charge as District Secretary of Mobility.
She has also been an advisor to the District Mayor's Office of Barranquilla and the National Infrastructure Agency.
From the private sector, for more than 8 years, she has contributed her knowledge and leadership in different roles as an expert and technical project manager.
Since August 1, 2023, she has held the position of General Director of the Administrative Unit for Transportation Planning (UPIT), an entity attached to the Ministry of Transportation.
