Colombian fashion capital

Medellin is also considered the fashion capital of Colombia. The textile industry, which for decades have characterized its metropolitan area, evolved and consolidated as an epicenter of the southern hemisphere of the continent. Production, clothing, fashion, models, top brands,retail, wholesale and export trade and the two major events that embrace all this universe: Colombiatex and Colombiamoda, are already part of the DNA of the city-region.
