Medellin Metro System, in its commitment to comply with the Personal Data Protection Regime, has an Information and Personal Data Processing Policy, which establishes the parameters for the data processing carried out as a Company and as Responsible for the Databases registered in the RNBD (National Registry of Databases), whose members are people belonging to our interest groups, who guarantee that the information and data provided to the Company are truthful, complete, verifiable and understandable.
Medellin Metry System declares that it processes personal data appropriately, ethically and transparently, in accordance with the purposes previously informed to the Data Controllers, using the necessary, adequate and effective measures to protect the right to habeas data and privacy.
Additionally, we inform the Holders that the processing of their personal data will be carried out under qualified security standards, both internally and externally, due to the relationships or contractual links entered into with Agents, with whom such assignment will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force.
