We know how valuable your objects and documents are, so if you lose something in the system we will keep it carefully in the Customer Service Points at Itagüí, San Antonio, Acevedo, Niquía and San Javier stations; or you can call the Hola METRO line at 444 95 98.

This service is part of our Social Responsibility activities and has no cost. Remember that the Company will store the belongings for three months from the date of receipt, after this time the personal documents will be destroyed and the items will be donated to different institutions.
